[2.1.0] Poison Balls (Voltaxic Rift 100% Chaos Ball Lightning Caster)

For a 6L, would increased area of effect be a good choice? usually we use a slow ball with a lot of aoe to get more strikes - a bigger ball will hit the same target more times because the target stays in the movement of the ball longer- but here the ball is so fast. So maybe it will not help to add aoes.

otherwise, slower proj to get another mult? or faster casting?
