I can't attest to numbers with 6l, but at least as a level 73 shadow with BV in a 5l, running Blasphemy+Assassins Mark, and HoA, my BV tooltip damage is ~4k. It's ridic good, ridic fast. And my gear is preeeeeeeetty awful. Obviously, I haven't been able to do 74+ maps yet, but 68-70 is a breeze, bosses die rather quickly, most groups melt. My only complaint thus far is bears/massive skeles, but my defenses are pretty low at the moment(no dodge, meh gear, no CWDT setup).

Don't have much time to play and play ladder?

Every build gets a big boost from 20/20 gems, especially non weapon based ones.

If you are worried about time then its not just 20/20 but the equipment itself is whats gonna be the most time consuming to get. Nothing new tho and every build is like that.

2 months for 20/20 gems is extremely casual if you are playing one char. Ppl who play this game a shitton get 20/20 in like a week.

Also in case you have had your head in the sand, blade vortex is fucking powerful. Demanding several sets of numbers for different gear and time levels is somewhat rude, noone does that. All you have to know is the skill is fucking powerful at every stage

edit: ok saw what you are talking about.... the main skill is 18 but all supports are 20/20. Well you should know that on a spellcaster levels on your main skill gem > the quality on all of your supports easily.

DPS is 13.3K with these low ass gems even a 12 conc vs 15.6K with all 20/20 supports


less than 20% difference. 20/20 is a luxury not a necessity.

The bigger problem you will have is getting my jewelry if you want to complain about something. But supports 20/20 do not a build make

Hey I am using your build and having a great time in talisman. My first shadow so there was definitely some learning curve and quite a lot of dying lol. Just wanted to say thanks for the build.

Have you thought about frenzy charges? Maybe blood rage? Maybe blood dance?
Have you thought about power charges? Maybe power charge on crit?
I am trying double CWDT like you suggest but moved it around a bit. I use one low level CWDT for flame golem / warlords mark and the other for mid lvl for Molten Shell / Immortal Call / Increased Duration.

@Zinki have a look at post I made about abyssal cry in the witch version. It's sick. OFC I have so much DPS it hardly every comes into play in maps that actually drop...but for many it will.

Anyway sticking with volls and discuss it in that thread too, last two pages. Basically this build could do atziri with Tabula so volls is not a penalty really. Especially since we dont care about mana so reductions doesnt matter.
