Hey mate!

Last night I spent a bit of time looking into how to make the build more accessible while not losing damage. What I immediately found was that we can pump out ALMOST the same amount of damage on the initial hit, then up to 50% increased by using a 4 off color chest.

- Right now i use GGRRRB Reave, Melee dmg, Melee dmg on full life, multi, AOE/CONC & Faster attacks

- What I found was using a RRRGBB Reave, Melee dmg, Melee dmg on full life, multi, AOE/CONC & Ohysical to lightning damage did almost the same tooltip!

This means we can regularly shock enemies and get that massive dps buff without the need of a 5 off! I don't think you can shock uber or core though so this would be used for leveling until you ca reach a 5 off if your goal is uber and core like me.

Thanks for the info! I'm surely thinking of switching to this, if i went for broke i'd probably have around 60 exalted to throw around on this build. Not quite enough to run the full build but it would be a good step. My goals are the same as yours, this MF build i'm running has been fun and still has room to improve but it's not quite what i'm looking for.

OK so I had a look at your items.

You have a couple of options available to you
- You can keep shavs and go the extra auras instead of Melee damage on full life
- You can sell shavs and easily get a 800+ es 4 - 5 off color chest.

Either way you're going to have to get an abyssus. The reason I say this is because I recently bought a 149/49 Heretic's and i lost almost 1 million dps when moving to it from abyssus.

Getting a 36% multi Maligaro's is pretty cheap nowadays and you can get some rainbowstriders for cheap as chips.

You have around 47 passives to play with. If you'r going to keep shavs then I suggest keeping some of the aura nodes. If you don't have any amulet with leech then I wold suggest running warlord's mark with blasphemy as i only have 2% leech and that's only JUST enough for core. I'm always trying to get more leech.

I think i'd rather sell the shavs and grab a chest piece as you mentioned. I sold a maligro's with +12 vuln last week haha. Would you suggest running atziri's or shadows rather than maligro's? I can afford a bit more than the lower budget at this time.

I love PoE and I'm not afraid to admit how proud I am of this build. I started off with MUCH worse gear than the low-budget variant included as back then Bino's was 20 ex!

I would start with items that are easy to buy and sell - rainbows, maligaro's and abyssus (>200% <43% of course). What I would HIGHY recommend is a dagger before anything else. I have experimented with so many aspects of defence and i swear, nothing beats high-offence. Put everything you can get into getting a dagger then slowly work backwards from there. 350+ dos will cost a bit but when leech is our only way of regaining ES mid-fight, the more damage we have, the more leech we get. I spent 80 ex to buy mine, then I used about 10 ex worth of divine orbs to get it to where it is now (which isn't much better I have to say!)

I have used blasphemy, then heretic's then several different helmets to obtain more defence. I dropped core using blasphemy warlord's though my dos was much lower and overall you end up taking more damage, while at the same time leeching less due to the reduced dps.

MAJOR NOTE: try to aim for a pure physical damage dagger. Our leech and auras scale from physical damage, so taking from this has exponentially detrimental effects on our damage and survivability.

After you have a dagger, then I would aim for sky forth. This allows us to run HoA, Discipline and hatred without even a single aura node in the passive tree (assuming you have a level 4 enlighten).

Sounds like you clearly know what you're doing. poe.trade has weapons on there with ~400 dps for approximately 60 - 100 ex. You need to search hourly though as people look for them only to flip at 30% markup. This ruins the market as only the rich get richer. I bought mine within 1 hour of it being listed and the seller was messaged by 2 known flippers asking to buy it for 10 ex less IMMEDIATELY.

I may do so, I didn't really take a look on what was sitting offline. In the past I didn't have much luck sending PM's for people offline, even while willing to pay their buyout price haha.

Prophecy, but I also had my search narrowed to certain daggers. I'll widen my search a little.

Quite a few after widening my search a little but nothing over 336 pDPS.
