Really low ES atm...try make hybrid life/es build - that make your tanky. High ES items cost alot, hybrid items pretty cheap. Check my build - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1505056
If you use infernal mantle with auras - try get maximum damage for destroying everithing before they get you ;) |

My Hp Went From 2300 To 2700, I Have Kaom's Roots, With That I Have 3000 Hp And I Didn't Pick Up Some Hp On The Skill Tree, I Didn't Pick Up Like 20% More Life. I'n Only Level 78. Also I Got To Switch That Second Dagger Of My To A Shield With Spell Crit And Hp.
