From where you gonna take Endurance Charges for immortal call?
Is the Arctic armour good for this build if you are mostly moving?

1) You don't need endurance charges for IC. It is a short Immortal Call.

2) Arctic Armour will still drop the chilled ground and if you do get hit when shooting it helps. It's more of a what else would you use deal.

Yes of course! It is a great life node and has very few travel points to it. We also take the frenzy node so it is extremely efficient.

Nice!

Jewels you want Life or resists if needed and proj/chaos/DOT/damage

im using earth golem atm. +regen is makin me immortal.
with orb of storm + innervate (speedy shocky duration) this is why im typing here, you should run with that strategy because it grants super fast shock stacks.
and frenzy w coh vulnerability for sure.
ChaosCry + EssenceD + Contagion = GG REKT for all in few seconds.

Loving this build in Perandus so far. Got myself a five-link +2 bow and saving up for a +3, but I do have a question. I got lucky vaaling my Drillneck and got +1 proj on it. Should I keep it or sell it to fund the rest of my build and get a regular drillneck again.

I'm running this too, very smoothly, imho +1 drillneck is a huge improvement (and it's one of the reasons some people choose deadeye over trickster,paired with 20% AoE), i would not sell it cause is one over 2-3 improvements a CA needs, you can save some ex and currency to craft yourself a 6l +3 bow and you are basically done with the expensive stuff.
