Get a 4 linked piece of gear, grab void manip conc effect and do the library quest act 3 to get rapid decay and link it all with caustic arrow. Then use vulnerability and you'll scream through. I leveled with CA and it was a lil lacking till that 4 link and now I'm crushing through cruel. Currently at 780 cloud dps with no frenzy charges. Idk how to calculate conc effect since it doesn't register on tooltip but that takes it much higher. So far the builds working out good for me. Well i dont usually play on league. So i dont know what to do on start exactly. I am leveling and level 50 currently going good.
