It looks potentially viable, since you're basically trading an even amount of life/es.

I've come to enjoy the RT versions of the build since the low acc was a lot more noticeable than I previously thought. I'm not sure if it's 100% required though, yet it seems to slide in decently nice on every build so far.

Really not sure what wand base you should be focusing on. I've tried to theorycraft some arctic breath in standard but the cast speed of arctic breath is such a huge drawback I find it hard to choose it over the regular ice shot at the moment.

I would love to see a fully fleshed out attempt at it but I think the problem is getting the best cast/projectile speed and then still having enough points to go around for all the required aura nodes + life/es nodes you so you really sacrifice a lot of survivability for something quill rain and ice shot are already taking care of :(

The gems slots are crowded too. You need something like AB/GMP/FC/COH/Curse/Curse. The faster casting takes up a spot that could be for cursing or enhance.

You usually only need a few regrets (5-10?) after doing all the respec quests.
