Kudos for a very clever build, love it.
The only downside I see is the same as with the RF builds we had in 1.3: The game feels like you're vaccuuming your room: Make sure you visit all corners and just wiggle a little longer where there's more dirt. No other interaction required. While this is fun for a while, it gets old pretty quick. You also cannot run much MF because of all the other gear requirements. May your maps be bountiful, exile

The build is really well planned but too ineffective in matter of DPS and end game content which also includes bosses.

It seems it lacks dps even though it doesn't appear to have MF potential, the character has almost 13k ES (damn), which is hard to attain and doing bosses is probably a pain. I don't see this as an end game build, but more like a cool build to make to play a while and have fun, but shortly after respec in something more reliable.
