[2.1] "Circe" lite - Speed Clearing Mana based Low life CoC EE dual curse wander
 Ever since seeing Blasting Caps "circe" build I've been trying to make it "new league viable" That is to say, no legacy gear. I think I've got it! I feel its important to note that this should not be your starting build. Play a life based Cast on Crit build (or something else) until your enlightens are leveled and you have Energy Shield gear. Then make the switch
Before you start complaining about this not being "lite" because of shav's please understand with a little bit of tenacity you can buy one yourself pretty quickly. Farm corrupted zones in a new league and sell the sets. Set up and shop and sell items on PoE Trade... SAVE YOUR CURRENCY!! Same deal with the enlightens. I bought mine/found mine early and NEVER took them off. If you can grind it out, they will level at a decent enough pace. By the time you save up for the gear, have your levels, they should be ready to go. Skill tree

I am still tweaking the gear required for this build. Im in a bit of a "catch 22", the more i tweak, the more expensive the build gets.
Wand: You want Crit chance, Crit multi, Spell dmg. I use rallying cry for a dmg boost and mana regen. You can switch it for Enduring cry if you want to play more defensive. Helm: You want high ES and res. Accuracy helps, but with better jewelry / jewels wont be mandatory. Shield: You want High ES, Spell crit, res. Chest: Shavs, duh. Gloves: Maligaro's Boots: Lioneyes paws. Can not be stunned and stats are nice. Jewelry: Diamond rings with Accuracy, ES and res. Use these slots to fill out what your personal needs are. Belt: Atziri cold belts are cheap, give us damage and leach. Getting a corrupted one with +1 to endurance charge is nice, but not needed Flasks Surgeons mods is needed. Why are you running Saffels over a 400-500 ES rare shield? Your ES pool is terrible (4.5k in the highlight video). You almost died in your own highlight video in a Channel map...

" Saffels is to help run RF. I may switch to a ES Shield though. I am missing a TON of ES on my gear, (5% on my ring -__-) Once I get the rest of the gear sorted I'll take a look at the shield slot. Like I said, im still trying to figure out what is going to be best for the build. |
