Explosive Arrow
Does Iron Grip buff EA damage? Description tells that it affects Physical Damage, but EA fire damage is projectile damage... I am confused.

No. Iron Grip applies to projectile attacks. The explosion itself is a projectile, but not an attack.

" just to be sure. If I have 1-4 lightning/cold damage on gloves/amu/etc. then it is counted to the basic attack of the bow (auto attack). the inital hit before the explosion is just an auto attack and therefore has the elemental properties. I hope this works with elemental equilibrium. If anyone knows something more detailed or tested it would be great to know. :) |

Yes, it works. EE is pretty mandatory for EA, if you dont plan to use LMP/GMP.

EA deals damage -> EA leeches. Yes.

" it deals DIRECT damage so it leeches. Degen damage (burn for example) wont leech. IGN: MortalKombat

" "Degen Damage" (Damage over Time) is not Damage, and Leech explicitly requires Damage to be dealt: "x% of Damage Leeched back as Life" So yes. That's what I said. |
|
" Degen IS damage because it decreases your life/ES and can kill you. IGN: MortalKombat

"i'm sorry but, while yes it is damage. the game cannot use a damage over time as a calculation for damage. the game needs finite HITS of damage of any kind in order to trigger the damage on hit gem (or molten shell). also, this gone technically off topic as the original question of EA explosions can cause leech or not, it can and does. burning damage however can NOT leech as it is a damage over time. leaching works on hits (even delayed ones), not a rate of damage. |
