Gear

Weapon
Best Weapon for this Build, nearly 10% Crit, high Attack Speed, flat ele dmg and IIQ/IIR.
With my current Gear i achieve 52k GMP (Tornado Shot) dps Without Power/Frenzy Charges.


You don't need the Windripper for the Build any fast Bow with high Crit chance is also fine.
for example if i equip Storm Cloud the dps with Tornado Shot and GMP is 34k .


Storm Cloud is just a exaple. If you dont have a Windripper use a Bow with high Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance and added Elemental Damage.

Quiver
Best Base would be a Spike-Point Arrow Quiver.
The best mods would:

Added Cold/Fire/Lightning Dmg

Accuracy Rating
Critical Strike Multiplier
Attack Speed

Elemental Resistance are also fine if you need it.

Chest and Boots
Grab as much Life, Elemental Resistanceand and Evasion as possible. You will need it if you want as much damage Mods as possible on your Jewelry.

Gloves
Best dps Gloves. Best gloves to kill yourself^^


If you don't like Vaal Pact use Acuity. You will also benefit from the high Intelligence and Life.


For MF.


Grab rare Gloves if you need need Elemental Resistanceand/Life.


Helm

Grab a rare Helm if you need need Elemental Resistanceand/Life.

Jewelry
Belt
Use a Leather or Heavy Belt with Life, Elemental Resistanceand and if possible Weapon Elemental Dmg. (Search for a cheap Belt with a open Prefix and add WED with Tora's Bowmarker's Tool)

Amulet
Best Base would be a Agate Amulet (We need the Strength and Intelligence)

Weapon Elemental Dmg
Added Cold/Fire/Lightning Dmg
(Amulet's with WED are expensive but a good Flat Elemental Dmg roll can give you almost the same dmg)
Evasion Rating +% is also fine

Critical Strike Multiplier (also expensive, but a huge dps boost)

Attributes (if needed)

Rings
It is easy to reach 95% Critical Strike Chance with Power Charges. So we dont need a Diamond Ring. Focus on a Life or Elemental Resistance Base.

Same as with the Amulet

Suffix
Accuracy Rating and Attack Speed are good dmg Mods
Elemental Resistance and Attributes if needed

5l: add Weapon Elemental Damage or IIQ
6l: add Increased Critical Damage, Added Lightning Damage or IIQ (Faster Attacks gives more dmg but we cant switch to IIQ)
(Colours: GGRRRB)

Lightning Arrow
5l: LA - GMP - Chain - Blood Magic - Life Leech
6l: add Weapon Elemental Damage
(Colours: GGGRRR - if you have two 6l use the SingleTarget one for LA and the other one for Frenzy and swap Point Blank for Power Charge on Critical. So you dont have tho change the Colours if you want to swap between LA/Split Arrow/Tornado Shot.)

Auras
3l: Anger Wrath Enlighten lvl 3 (if you dont have a lvl 3 Enlighten use Herald of Thunder instead of Anger)
3l: Herald of Ice Curse on Hit Assassin's Mark (to generate Power Charges)

Golem
3l: Ice Golem - Minion Life - Blood Magic
(If you are Crit capped with Power Charges u can use Fire or Chaos Golem)


Passive Tree and Bandits

Bandits
n - help oak for Life
c - help Kraityn for Attack Speed or kill all if you need the point
m - help Alira for the powercharge or kill all if you allready crit caped with the 3 powercharges, depends on your gear, Jewels and if you like to use the Ice Golem.

MY Passive Tree at lvl 93 115 Points 4 Jewel's

If you need/want more Life skip the Critmulti (throatseeker) and grab Revenge of the hunted.
If you play a Ranger you can skill the Life/Evasion Points in the Starting Area.
Jeweles are also a good spot for Life.
You can pick Infused for a additional Power Charge, but in my opinion its better to help Alira in Merciless. Just pick it if you feel you need the 18% Duration or a 5th Power Charge.
