[2.0] Hybrid SRS - The Not-So Glass Cannon. 5k+ Life AND 5k+ ES

Great videos, Kraiwen. Thanks a ton for making them. Just solidifies everything you've said about how effective this build can be.

I hate to ask for another "favor", especially one that can be time consuming, but can you give a rough outline as to how you'd spend your points as you level up? I'm currently DFT and going to respec into SRS around 55-60. I'm just not sure what nodes will be the most important when I first make the switch. For example, my biggest concern is mana/mana regen to sustain SRS when I switch over a I'll have a 6L +1 all gems sword I'll use until I can get a better option. I'm planning to grab a few of those nodes, but if it's not going to be a big issue, perhaps I'll pick up some minion nodes first.

PS - what do you think about the new meta floating around of 6L Pledge of Hands being BIS short of having access to a lvl 4 empower gem?

I think Pledge of Hands is very viable if you don't have a level 4 empower.

If you have an Empower (4) and a 6L +3 fire staff I think a +3 is better.

Could you give a rough estimate on what to look for if you wanna start with from scratch and need to buy cheap stuff, Like I've looked on staffs for example and found alot 5 linked white staffs that I could buy cheap. Does it have to be any special type of staff or anything like that?

If possible, get a staff with 18% block chance.

But almost any staff (12%) block chance will do

Just make sure it has +2 fire gems on it.

If it's 6L, +2 fire gems OR +1 All gems is fine.

The final thing is a +3 Fire Gems staff.

Alternatively Pledge of Hands works well too.

As for other pieces of gear, just get well rolled rares, tri res, ES and life. Not that expensive. the staff is the most expensive part if 6Linked.

I`ve already played only max 74 lvl maps in 2.0, but for now this hybrid build with haste is optimal for my playstyle. Fast and deadly. Gratz.

IMO vaal summon skeletons is a gem - we must have in this build :)

Are there any other good stats on the staff that you might need, or just need +2 fire gems and a 5-6 depending on what you can afford do get rolling?

The only item you need is a +2 Fire staff. 5L/6L doesn't matter. The importance is getting the staff
