How do you maintain blood rage without armour?

Armor do nothing. And it also doesn't work against degeneration damage of bloodrage.

Do you have any plan on getting life nodes for higher lvls ?

I think 101% increase maximum life is quite low. What's your HP pool ? 4000 ?
I see you have removed blood magic on wild strike, since your mana pool is low, why dont you use blood magic instead ? 5L skill is mana hungry.
I can play 5L with warlords mark, just have to pop that mana flask from time to time. Ill lose too much damage for just a little more convenience. Id spare blood magic for 6l.

Since we have 33% flat phys reduction and high chance to evade 100% of the damage, I hope that the 101% + 24% from jewels are enough to be honest.
Nice build, with decent block, i would go for tempest shield + mana leech or HoT + mana leech to retain some mana :)

Have you considered claws for sustain? Would it be possible to tweak your build to use one of those newfangled claws from Maraketh, with their life and mana gained on hit?
Should work, too. Just substitute that dagger nodes for claw nodes.
