This skill is fucked up since implementation and especially after AoE rework.
Main skill feature 'repeatable cast' useless vs a normal monster, if you going to use the skill in endgame - you have to scale the damage to the point where first cast would oneshot any non-rare monster. Scaling the skill even further require heavy cast speed investments (which is barely possible for a miner even after all the post 2.0 power creep thing), but scaling cast speed makes the skill even worse to use for trash clearing, it goes off too fast, 'over time' effect missed in most cases. It's hardly better than Ice Nova. At the same time full-scaled damage vs static target is insane. Helmet enchant is overpowered as for current skill constants. Mana cost is too high.
