" They got nice EleDmg, but we benefit more from Flat Ele / Projectile Speed / cast speed. Doryanis Catalyst ofc pretty nice but i think its not worth to invest in one. better to aim for something like this |

Hey there,
first off thanks for the awesome build! :) Im currenty running a mf version of your build in Warbands and am Lvl 72 so far. Tooltip says only 4,6k DPS but i have yet to pick up some more damage nodes and im partly using MF gear anyways. " As you can see my gear is pretty shitty too, picked up most of it for 1-3c. Resists are barely capped with purity of elements, 166/16 MF. Would you mind linking the MF gear you are currently using? |

" isn't much better then yours. playing with 248/8 iir/iiq.. IIR gem pretty useful tho. If i get my hands on ventors or andavarius and goldwyrm i would use them and switch out one herald for purtiy of elements |

" I am using dual doryani's catalyst plus a doryani firebelt, it works well. Don't know how everyone else feels, but survival is a lot tougher now in 2.0 as u move into mid to high 70's map. Armor is a must(as opposed to purely es based gear) Lioneye's Remorse is a cheap way to add some armor or if you want to go dual wield to juice dps, then get urself a ringmail or even a flat str. armor w/ high AR. Regarding MF, I have a separate toon(marauder) dedicated to this task. he's stuck at lvl 85 and will likely never move beyond that(yes, he dies a lot) It's hard to lvl and mf at the same time. |

" Yeah some armor/es based gear would be nice, but im fine atm and dont want to throw currency at the build. Can do every map up to 76 easy with pretty much every combination of mods. Maybe im gonna buy 2 Apep's Rage. They should synergize pretty awesome with the low mana cost of incinerate. Just want to see how far the dmg can go tho ^^ |

Just curious. Why are we claiming 100k AoE DPS?
My tooltip is reading at about 4.2k but my gems are only lvl 14-15 atm and the only changes I have made to the build are no at the cost of damage. If we are claiming that each jet is making contact with some enemies, at my current state its 25.2K. Could you clarify the claim for me? I'll edit this when I get time with my minor deviations. |

Hello,
I'm pretty new to this game. Got just one character that I leveled to 45 so I don't really have any items to give to another character, neither i have the currency to buy stuff. Is it possible to start with this build without any specific gear? Is it good idea? If yes could you give advice what to aim for on passive tree first? Thanks in advance |

" I think it goes like this: 16k tooltip*3(projectiles per cast)*2(totems)=96k dps. I wonder if incinerate's 300% dmg buff is included in the tooltip dps. Also increases like celestial punishment+shocked is most likely not included either. Right now I am just before cruel malachai lv 57 with like 2k tooltip dps. I got most of the life nodes but I need better gear first to play it safe (Tempest). |
