[2.0]KuteKitteh's Tanky Incinerate - Fast, Cheap & Durable, MF/end-game/Atziri-viable!

I just reached lvl 75 with my witch to finally use doryanis catalyst when i realized it actually lowers my dps.

I'm using a wand that i found myself. Didn't think it's good since it's my first spellcaster and i dunno what are the best mods for wands.


With this wand my dps is 9k without auras or charges.




With this Doryanis Catalyst my dps is only 8,75k.





Or does doryanis catalyst has some hidden effects? Should i stay with my wand, is it actually endgame viable?


How does a endgame wand look like?

I'm feeling extremely squishy with my character. At the moment I'm lvl 85 in Tempest with just under 5.2k life taking up all the life nodes near me.

I was wondering which shield I should be using: Rise of Phoenix (+8 max fire res) vs. Lioneye's Remorse (more armour + ~300 life)?

Since they removed that allies reflect too, it doesn't hurt as much/doesn't hurt at all but I'm still very afraid that I'll die the instance I stop paying attention (which is like half the times).

With the Rise of Phoenix, I have 4.3k armour and 34% phys reduction with the chaos golem. As my armour is rubbish, I've been tackling this by standing afar/kiting from most mobs and putting down a flame totem as diversion if needed.

I actually didn't realise how cheap a shitty 6L would be so I will probably swap out my tabula when I can with more life and armour as well.

I think lightning tendrils is way more effective at leveling than flame totem. First of all you can't even level up your flame totem much due to inadequate strength. The tree barely has any points whatsoever in strength in early levels, and depending on level 10 gear for bonus strength is next to impossible (at most you're gonna get what, 10 str from gear? Maybe 30 more from heavy belt). You can't get to the marauder cluster of str nodes until at least like level 40. Second of all lightning tendrils does more damage and hits 4 targets. The only good thing flame totem (in early levels) is good at is kiting bosses, though no boss is really dangerous until act 4 cruel anyways. Of course you can run both lightning tendrils + flame totem, which is what I'm doing, but my totem is stuck on a low level due to str requirement.

best 6L support?
Incinerate + faster cast + echo + firepen + LMP + empower lv3/4 or added chaos or faster projectiles or iron will.
