Why not have forum posters be the only ones who can get Beta Keys, but make it abundantly clear to those who are looking to get a key?
For example, when people register for the site it can say that only posters are able to receive Beta Keys. And on the Beta Key Timer it could have a message saying that only those who have posted at least once can get a key |
