I think maybe would be good idea add to the formula: people who has connected in the last 24h (people who are following the beta!)

Its not more effective?
A man who registered in 2010 and posted "hello" in 2010 can be now in hawaii enjoying his holidays
Game is looking good, can't wait to test it out.

No, but the fact that they just signed up on a whim and left it shows that they likely didn't even know this beta existed. There are people who have been around for months and posted really useful stuff but have nothing to show for it.

Useful as in "I like that idea" / "guys you should add my super cool idea, it's Batman and Superman combined!!!1!"?

Also, as Chris has stated, you don't need to log in to read the blog posts or keep up with the game at all.

No, but if they're reading posts regularly I'm sure they can make a single forum post.
Excellent news Chris. I've been here nearly a year. I dont post much but I,ve been a lurker :)
But this action does seems fair to the loyal folks who have been following the game Here at the site, as opposed to a fella who just said, "Hey I just found a beta game, guess I'll make an account" types.
Just my opinion.
Haha, I was hoping that having an old account would help, but I guess I have to post!
Lots of "new" guys LOL
My suggestion is put like 1k keys available for people to get. This way you guarantee that they will join beta testing. Otherwise you will just keep sending invitations that no one will use and consequently no stress test
Awww I woke up this morning and still no beta invite. =(
WOOOOO_NESS_OF_DOOM!!!!!
So this bonus applies for people that only have one post, too?

Chris posts that "Forum users are now TEN TIMES more likely to get into Beta"

gotmoon - 0 posts
godfrey - 0 posts
mediokrates - 0 posts
syrene - 0 posts

"There was an error processing your request" all over the site, supossedly to update the invite timer or something, I guess.

Bulkathos - 214 posts
Vahmoud - 0 posts
Finndesidhe - 0 posts
g0lv - 0 posts

Doesn't seem like anything changed, to be quite honest.

To be fair, posters may be 10 times more liekly, but there are probably 100 times as many people with 0 posts as those with >0 posts.
