i use dagger +saffels frame what gem put in this gear? and why have casting speed discharge 60s...

hi Márkusz I like your build but I'm really having trouble getting above 74% crit chance, I'm playing on Warbands so there is no Harvests yet, these are my items without the harvest is it possible to get 95% crit chance?

With the new Blasphemy support gem, can this build run say Poacher's Mark as a 25% aura and get mana back whenever it casts Discharge, assuming you get say 10 mana per monster hit? It doesn't solve single target, though.
