It's a teaser of the art and the flavour text. The mods remain unrevealed, but as others have shown in this thread, there are ways to see them nonetheless.

This is NOT a gold ring with no mods.

Yeah, though you'd probably still settle with a slightly imperfect roll. Especially since you cannot Mirror uniques, so you can't offer a mirror service for it. So you won't get much profit from creating an almost perfect version, and without profit there will be a lack of interest for a really perfect one.

Though, looking at this guy, there will probably still be some people who will try to get almost perfectly rolled versions. Though it will be way harder, but some1 will still try.... cause reasons!

Even if it was perfect rolled as far as rarity, an average Andvarus still beats it . The 10% increased quantity could be nice but is it worth all of the divines it would take to get that 10% as well? I doubt so. Andvarus wins.
