Block incin and stuff *Discontinued due to Incinerate nerfs*

Im currently lvl 93, and im Missing 1 Jewel Socket, 1 Block chance from rathpith shield, 2 blockchance from gloves, and i have a 3% block chance lazhwar. That means i will have 5% more blockchance.. but then i will be at 64% block chance, Where am i missing the 4 % Block chance ????

Aww man, I was following your build and got up to lvl 40, when you emptied the first post :(
