If they cannot restore lost items to the unlucky 300, ofc GGG should compensate them in an alternative manner. It's quite easy when you think about it.

"We never ever ever ever restore dead characters or deleted items" has been their policy since, oh, 2011 or so? It's spelled out in many places.

+1, I havent lost my items but it's not acceptable.

MTX are not the problem, they can be given back.

GG should give a compensation for all the peoples who lost something.
But they do not have a log file which registers all the actions done by the players, destruction, craft and mtx modifications... the list is long.

So they cannot know who is lieing and who is trying to take an advantage of thoses bugs.


Nobody, even chock nurris, could help them, i dont find a perfect solution too.

right now, i bet they are panicking and feel like " OH SHIT, what are going to do! "

Atleast the bug is fixed... But i feel sad, for the players and for GGG too because they care about the Game and the community. They want us to support them.

Ok, a bug can be random, but it's the responsability of GGG to prevent thoses so devastating bugs.

With a such failure, we will not forgive them for a long time & maybe never.

Let's hope it's fixed once for all...

If anything you would think it would be coins, however I'm pretty sure they cant even do that to their disappointment because they cant accurately determine everyone who was effected.

If the bug is due to the new supporter packs, they could just give everyone who purchased before the bug was fixed coins. Not only because they lost items, but perhaps because of the financial exchange with it.

I have allot, just a suggestion.

I cant believe GGG cant restore ppl to an earlier state. D3 could. Like 10 day before. OFC ppl abused the shit out of it to dupe. But as a one time thing for 300-400 ppl. I think it reasonable if you cant detect and restore items directly.

My condolences to all that lost gear. :(

I have not logged in a couple days terrified. But checking paper dolls at this site looks okay.
