No, it's just a variant of the usual filter which merely dims the low drop level bases instead of hiding them entirely. It's effectively what you'd see on the normal version of the filter with the show items hotkey pressed. Pretty sure on my altered version of your filter my chance block is literally just Void Battery/Skyforth as far as Chancing Bases go... Nothing else is worth Chancing.
