Weapons disappeared while playing

Sorry to hear this guys. Now the EU servers are crashing too. Just geared my windripper dude after 6Ling it myself. I would be so sad if I would lose items like that.
I hope support can fix this for you! I know plenty of dodgy people lied about losing items but that was only because they shared accounts or stupid stuff like that. I hope you get your items back! |

I lost some items too yesterday but it was from my inventory, couple of rare items I picked from the map (not sure what) and 2 maps. 1 rare 78 palace and a white 77 shipyard. That was pretty sad but I were to lose my 6link Cloak of Defiance or my sick wand, I'd be very very upset. I hope ggg finds out some way to fix this.

I just lost my body armor today while I was moving to a new hideout. It was on my character the entire time, and then poof. It's gone.
1. did not leave it in my bench, otherwise it would still be there. 2. did not find it in any of my benches. 3. did not sell it to the vendors because I had the Seraph Body Armor MTX attached to it. 4. did not drop it because because I had the Seraph Body Armor MTX attached to it. I know the chances of getting back my armor is nearly, if not, impossible; so at the very least I want my MTX back. Please help GGG, we need you. :( |

GGG FIX! i lost my 6 linked chest with Vampiric Body Armour & Tentacle Wings mtx also! wtf :(

removed the axiom shade 2 days ago, now i've removed the weapon axiom effect aswell...
yesterday a flask disappeared WITHOUTH the axiom shade effect on my amulet |
