What about character transfer? Will we be able to fully transfer our characters to Russian server?

That's a lot of voice actors. Not an easy task to get that many lined up and recorded with the proper mood and personality. It's a lot more involved than a simple translation.

I applaud the localisation, however, I wouldn't go anywhere near vk or Garena for that matter. So, even though I'm in Russia, I'll still be using the EU servers.
