Also don't say "on behalf of". your not a representative for GGG nor in anyway what your posting is helping their image to the community. Customer service deal with people, that's what they do, and what they are good at. GGG has one of the best Customer service team I have ever seen. I've donated well over $500. I emailed support and they told me they wouldn't add beta access to my account. What's up with that? Never wrestle with a pig. POE is an amazing game in which the dev's are welcome to design and implement their strategy any way. I am in awe of the brilliant product they have brought to market - for FREE. So if you feel like they dont do an amazing job and they treat you badly - you can ask for you $0 investment back. Vote with your feet. I'm enjoying the irony of the above few posts. Anyways, have we had any further word on the proposed ETA for the wipe/patch? == Officially Retired 27/02/2019 == Massive thanks to GGG for producing such a fun and engaging game, it has taken up faaaaaaar too much of my life over the last 5 years.
