Revelry is 2 mana on hit, and it covers most of my mana costs on 6L 12 APS Ground Slam (some mana leech goes the rest of the way). I'm fairly sure revelry alone covers for the base 4L, so yeah, 6 MoH should be plenty enough to cover the cost of most melee 5Ls endgame. Not to mention the last base will probably have 8 or more.

Having 6 MoH at the beginning of cruel is crazy good.
I'm proud I made the build that got hotfix nerfed by 80% in under a week :

They look great, but the weapons and their implicits that don't revolve around crit kind of pale in comparison compared to the crit ones, except maybe the one that adds block.
I hope to see this changed through the beta.

Give some more love to the mauls. 4% increased area is nothing compared to say a 6% base crit AND global crit modifiers in the implicit.

Not to mention that claws are usually dual wielded, 12 MGpH is damn good!

Those are some really well-thought implicites! Some numbers can be tweaked a bit in my opinion (dagger-axe seems OP, spiked maul could have a bit higher AoE, etc.), but really interesting overall.
