[PoE Tools] Flitterfrost's Calculator Collection

I add added damage modifiers to the conversion calculator. I also made it more efficient and compact for faster computation.

/Edit: I read further into the topic and there are a few things I am not 100% positive off. I'll open a new topic to clear a few things.

Sorry about the long delay, real life stuff happens but anyway I did preform some research and it harder than it looks. This is data related as most minion stats does not exist on PoE Wiki or PoE DB. I have to preform health and stats check using some clever method but for now I'll develop the calculator with only summon skeleton and raise zombie. When new data comes in then I'll expand to summon golem, dominating blow, animated guardian, and many others. So it will be a progressive calculator unlike my other works which is done on release.

Any chance of updating the caustic arrow calculator?

Needs support for Rapid decay, occultists -20% chaos res, and possibly vulnerability curse (with curse effectiveness) if possible :)
