Is it possible to call several items/classes in one Show command? i.e:
Show BaseType "Iron Ring" BaseType "Diamond Ring" Rarity >= Rare or maybe like: Show BaseType "Iron Ring" "Diamond Ring" Rarity >= Rare |

awesome !

Thanks GGG, this is the sort of QoL improvement that this game really needs. I'll start using this script to highlight the ingredient for the 5 chances' recipe with low level uniques. I pray in the future there will be more improvement for trading and solo play.

The item filter is great!! While everyone is making a big deal about it being "too complicated", it really is not. The problem is that there isn't a proper tutorial on how to build scripts. Simply listing all of the possible condition type strings would be extremely helpful, I've spent hours reloading scripts with stuff all over the ground until I succeed by trial and error. I've been learning how to make my script based on those made by others (I have no idea how they learned).
I'm stuck on something at the moment. I want to show 4L helmets, boots, and gloves with armour bases, and filter them based on DropLevel as I level my character. I could just type in every boot, glove, and helmet possibility that I want to see, but is there a Class for armour boots, armour gloves, and armour helmets? |

Shameless self promotion post incoming...
To everyone complaining about there being no UI for filter scripts, you might want to check out an application I've written called Filtration. It's a complete GUI for editing item filters, no code editing required. Reddit Thread GitHub Page Latest Release Filtration Forum Thread (Closed Beta access required) Screenshot:

I disagree that this could not be solved with a proper user interface. I mean lets be honest, you guys don't really believe that, do you?
I'm totally fine using scripts, but I disagree in the notion of creating features that will only work for 'power users'. I have a friend that is super adamant about 'not wanting to deal with bullshit', and because of that, I do not think he could even properly create a script on his own. Obviously I can make one for him, but I shouldn't have to. The game should be smart enough to allow it's users to customize the game how they wish, through the damn user interface. If random webpages and applications created by dedicated players can construct a proper UI, then so can you, GGG. I get it if it's not a priority with the expansion release around the corner, but it should be high on the list of things to overhaul soon. Make a damn UI. Two questions:
What are the class/base type for the new Passive Tree Jewels? and If you have two alerts that "override" each other IE show all skill gems for "cosmetic borders/ect" and then show all *quality* skill gems for "different borders/ect" will this work, or do you need to go about it differently? Thank you to anyone who finds the time to answer one/both :D |
