How would this translate over to a dagger and cyclone?

Well, this build and guide is all about the synergy of Kinetic Blast and Cold Snap, so you really can't make this build into a cyclone version.

when should i take this build? i'm in lvl 40 and doing this is still really hard. Can you give me some leveling tips for this build?

I also wanted a ice snap or glacial cascade build just because of the MTX for them. I found your build an I am loving it my only issue is voll protector not enough good stuff on it to like it for the build so I picked power siphon over KB and it works just as good IMO
