Elemental/phys 2H Cyclone weapon swap Dom farmer
Build: 1.0, will update as the character progresses. Shoutout to 5055, best place to meet strangers on the internet.
Do you like hardcore? Stop reading. This guide is my third or fourth build guide, as all the others, it is as simple as it is *whatever word is the opposite of elegant*. FAQ, asked by myself: Does it do Atziri? - No. Is it HC viable? - No. Will it wreck in PvP? - I've won 1 match. It was against another MF character using flicker strike. No. How much deeps does it have? - around 23K, but it feels like 40K. I have no idea why. Does it require two 6L items and those badass Atziri gloves? - No. Can it farm high lvl maps? - Unless your button pushing abilities are lacking you'll kill yourself to both kinds of reflect, the life pool is small and the resistances are barely capped, so yes. If the mods allow it. The idea of the build was to make a fast character that is really hard hitting and can take down the minibosses and Dominus without any problem, then cull Dom's second form with a Reapers Pursuit after taking damage to activate Divination Distillate. This, combined with Thief's Torment, Aursieze and the culling axe will serve you around 60 - 70 IIQ and 200 IIR. Passive Tree: Leveling method

Molten Strike. Use every cheap unique known to you! Hymn, Geofri's, Limbsplit, Wideswing etc. Molten Strike or Cleave depending on type. Molten is recommended for the WED. When you can support Cyclone on a BM gem, you should start using it. When you equip Thief's Torment, remove LGOH and socket Added Fire or Melee Phys/Faster Attacks. Easy as that. How is this elemental? Using the 2 aura clusters and Alpha's Howl, we are using Hatred to convert physical damage to cold damage, as well as having Wrath and Anger to add flat ele damage to scale with WED on our weapon, jewelry, passive tree and belt. This makes it easier to obtain higher DPS, sacrificing life in the process. Thanks to my amulet and choice of ring and other gear, I do not get a lot of flat life and at the moment I sit on just over 3K, but since I've specced into all the damage I could dream of, life is now at my feet and almost every point up to lvl 100 can be invested in life in one form or another. In addition to being so quick and effective at clearing Dominus it's also quite fast. Using the CWDT + Poachers Mark makes sure I seldom go without 3 frenzy charges up, rendering the movement speed loss from my Auiseiezeiseisie moo. Gearing Bombshell time, I'm heavily reliant on evasion. Evasion cyclone marauder. I get it, it sounds dumb, but it's actually legit. Since I've spec'd into so much dex I can wear most EV pieces, and if you do it like me, getting an amulet with tons of int + dex and all attributes in a single happy bundle, worrying about not being able to level up IIR and faster attacks to the max is a concern of the past. Suck it ranger start of the tree. Current gear:

I want to talk about that axe. Purchased as a 4L in early rampage for 1 ex, I was pretty pleased with it. Out-damaging Kaom's Primacy and being really fast for a heavy 2-hander, I would like to point out that it's *almost* perfect. I would love to remove that accuracy for a LGOH roll (5 is t1) or a simple resist. Since it's already tyranical and has a t1 ele roll as well as a t3 ele roll, it couldn't have rolled WED. The only additional WED I have is from my belt, which I bought in replacement of Meginord's yesterday because I felt like it. Here are the weapon links and such, I hope you give it a go! 5L chest or weapon: BM, Cyclone, Melee Phys/WED, Added Fire and Faster Attacks. In a 4L I'd drop Added Fire, in a 6L I'd add LGOH or conc effect. Only recommended with a good rolled Thief's Torment or if you spec into the Lust for Carnage cluster because of the high multiplier. 1st CWDT setup: CWDT lvl 4, Poachers Mark lvl 7, Enduring Cry lvl 7. 2nd CWDT setup: CWDT lvl 18, Enduring Cry lvl 18, Immortal Call lvl 18, Inc Duration 20/20. I'm working on mine. Auras: Hatred, Anger, Wrath/PoL, Reduced Mana. Purity of Lightning can be really useful if you don't want to go through the trouble of rolling a Topaz flask to tank the Lightning Stream attack from Dominus. Now for the fun part, the culling: Reapers Pursuit, Thief's Torment, Aurseize and Divination Distillate gives me just under 200 IIR and 80IIQ thanks to the added bonuses from the IIQ and IIR gems. To cull, simply get second form Dominus down to his last bit of health, switch weapons with a hotkey (I use the middle mouse button/the wheel) let him damage you, hit the Divination Distillate button and spooky throw once. Bam, culled. Screen full of yellow, it's like gold, but it's yellow. And quite often 2 or 3 uniques drop. Case and point:

To put it this way, yesterday I sold about 10 stash tabs worth of dupe uniques, and I now have 200 alchs I don't know what to do with. |

ele 2h hype. |
|
" thats glorious |
|
i'v had this is my stash for so long, think i finally found a build that can effectivly use it :o? | |
" I think that would be quite alright. Since it's hybrid, the phys roll on my axe is vital to *me*, but if you can make it purely elemental that mace is a pretty solid choice! |
