Looks like a solid build. I am now building one. Should I keep the levels of the gems the same as yours?

" That's kind of up to you. The cwdt setup is just preference, you could level them up a little more I feel. I keep Leap Slam and Static Strike at lvl 5 to keep the mana cost as low as possible. You can try levelling them up so you deal some more phys damage but it won't help your ele damage and it might get you into trouble with mana costs if you don't have a lot of unreserved mana. |

" I think for hc you're better off with a regular Static Strike build. I'm sure you could make it work by spending some more passives on defences but I've never really seriously played hc so can't really tell you.. |
