what are the bandits?

Gawd i was looking for a fun with build and here it is.
Have a question though, like the sir just above me : what are the bandit choices?
Any tips for the leveling process? (tree related. I guess we won't be picking chaos inoculation before the ES becomes a viable thing. Would still be nice to have a little more info.)

Hey.. I like u build. Really. But I was wondering why you pick 'Infused' and 'Power Charge Duration' in the skilltree over by the shadow section with the Witch build? As I see it, you don't use power charges and you can get more mana by spending the two point just below (one for 10 int and the secound for 8% mana).
As I see it you really use a lot of mana.

Just a thought. :)
