I noticed that Koams Heart is not in patch 9.9... Please tell me its coming back. Its by far my favorite... GGG let me know whats going on with my fav item!

Maybe I'm just blind, but I didn't find anything concerning this:
Since it doesn't specify any further conditions, does the "100% increased damage when on low life" of Redbeak apply to ANY damage? I'm wondering about spell damage in particular. Edit: I bought the thing and answered my own question: Yes, it does work with spells. Again, it hasn't been found yet.
GGG rebalanced the armor in .99 changing most of the basetypes. Kaoms, as we knew it is now legacied(bottom of the 1st post). This means we need to find the new version as I state at the very top of the op. |

No Kaom's Heart in 0.9.9, all the more reason to keep playing in legacy.
