unique items *no longer updated*

In my first game (Stress test) I had found a unique, level 15ish 2hand hammer, and not knowing what it was, was all "EH I'M A WITCH WHY WOULD I NEED A HAMMER" and sold it to an NPC. :C

Wish i could remember the name, but of the 40ish pages I've seen in here, I haven't seen it.

GGG said there are no new uniques yet, but some of the base items that the uniques are based on are gone. Does this mean that uniques get different base items now, or are they temporarily not dropping altogether?

For example, there's no more Chaos Plate, so which item is Kaom's Heart based off of now?

I'm guessing that it's still out there, but it's something like Kaom's Heart, Unique Crusader Plate, or Astral Plate.

Alright people, I've got a mission for you! 36 unique items remain to be found and hopefully soon that number will grow.

As of now all the unique armors are missing, with the exception of Voll's. That includes body armor, boots, gloves, helmets, and shields. In addition, we'll need a new copy of Dream Fragments since the sapphire ring has undergone a change. We're still missing Divinarius and Lioneye's Glare as well.

If you have any uniques, any at all, please feel free to post them. I want to get enough copies together to get an idea of min/max values.
