anyone know the new uniques in anarchy?
doesnt show up.. The rest of the 'end-game' content will be available along with a heap of new stuff when the game launches in a few months time. From what I've seen it's going to be awesome. - Michael_GGG

"What seems to have happened.. is that the amulet listed in the OP was the one found in Standard League before the Coward's Trial bug fix and it came with 40% Melee on Full Life. Since the bug fix the percentage was bumped to 60% and that is the only value, it is not variable. 40% is no longer possible.
