i reckon you should buy it fresh if you need it, people dont yet understand how the reduced mechanic works, with 8 charges the wand does 136 spelldmg, 140% if you roll the implicit to 20%,

When you weapon swap, you lose the +Power Charge bonus, so your max drops as well.
So dual wield of the wands + the new gloves + EB?

That's a constant 247% damage for one element. 118% increased crit chance and 22% case speed. With other possible defensive mods.

I would rather have a constant high dps rare wand than walk around with 160% reduced damage till my charges get up.

Of course you could just dual weild two of the rare wands for a constant 316% damage/44% cast speed/218% crit chance.

I know, hard luck finding wands with maxed stats. Just answering your question, it is possible to get better rares.

it will pass a long time till those items are on the market the shield you imagined has 79mods iam sure both rare items you imagined will exceed the price of the unique wand

Let's do something retarded. How high can Discharge's Crit Chance go?
Two Void Batteries (60%), Hellbringer (130%), 610% from the tree. 9 Power Charges for 450%. You get a total of 1310% Increased Crit Chance, or a 14.1 multiplier. Discharge has a Crit Chance of 8%. 8*14.1 = 112.8% Crit Chance. Welp.

You don't need anything to build Power Charges; Discharge does that for you! Can easily drop some Crit Chance here and there; switch back to Maligaro's for more damage, grab the Crit Chance support to free up passive points... Whatevs. Want more damage? Grab a high quality Warlord's Mark.
