So if you dual wield these you can get 9 power charges. Shouldn't be terribly hard to maintain that with power charge on critical (though building up always take a bit more effort). Still, that's a ton of crit.

With two of those (and thus 9 max power charges), each wand would be worth ~160 spell damage, ~20 cast speed, and ~60 crit chance.
Discharge is getting so much love. |

Maximum of 9 power charges while dual wielding, nets about +300% increased spell damage (with inherent spell mod), and about +580% crit chance.
Not too shabby. Edit: And don't forget about weapon swap and power siphon to get your initial start up of power charges ;) Devolving Wilds Land “T, Sacrifice Devolving Wilds: Search your library for a basic land card and reveal it. Insanely multiplied by low life builds...

Low Life Righteous Fire Discharge build, IMO.

its 80% less spell damage so if dual weilding its 160% less spell damage...
seems a bit too niche-y for me... plus if you're killing a boss with no minions to refresh charges then most likely you'll lose all of your charges before you kill him... " Reduced, not less. So it's additive with all of your Increased Spell Damage, and having at least 4 Power Charges will completely counterbalance it. IGN: TornAIDSo

I think it works perfectly with volls protector for a discharge build, not with a low life build.
But low life bulds can make it usefull with any skill still. |
