Would you guys say that the additional block chance is a unique mod? I don't use shields very often so I'm not sure.

For GGG, with the new increases in defensive stats are we going to see a corresponding increase in some of the unique mod values? For some uniques, what made them really stand out from regular items were the exceptional mod values.
Take for instance Sundance, Clasped Boots. Before the .97 patch, 111% Evasion was above the max mod value of 100% for the highest tier. Now, 111% is a mid range value of the 2nd to highest tier. The item is still appealing for those who want attack speed on boots or a relatively above average pair of boots in general, but overall it has lost a bit of what made it special. |
