" Perhaps they've gone out of the way and actually created a different base item type for it alone, which would mean it doesn't get any of the weapon-specific bonuses. If anything, I'd assume it gets Staff bonuses, but then again, no block... Either way, I doubt anyone will use this, it just has terrible stats (although people have proven me wrong again and again on this). If it rolls to 50% improved fi... Item rarity, maybe as a swap-out for MF builds? |

The "odds" are pretty low.

I use one with my melee CI witch, but it SUCKS having to give up a nekclace slot for it. I think with just enough stun recovery you don't need it, but it's good if you can give up a necklace slot.
