WTF? Why would Voll have a hammer that prevents critical strikes if his torso armor gives power charges on critical strike? Not only are power charges used to gain critical chance (which is useless if you can't crit), but they obviously can't even be gained when you can't make critical strikes.

Makes no sense to have both these items linked to Voll.

Overall I don't like this hammer. Sure it works well with resolute technique, but it's just [another|a] weapon that deals bad damage at any level other than a narrow section.

At least diablo had items that would increase damage with level (typically not to overpowered amounts, but enough to make it more useful)... There's no mods on this item that are special aside from it's damage, which is only useful for maybe about 8 levels.

I'd much much rather see cool [unique] items that suck, like the blood magic mask (assuming it sucks; maybe it doesn't), then completely bland items that are used, but only in really narrow level ranges due to it's DPS. I will admit Voll's baptism is much less bland than some previous items (weapons) because it prevents criticals and deals 200% damage which is outside of the possible range at the moment (especially for that level), but preventing criticals is rather common with resolute technique, (especially for a hammer user) and 200% damage doesn't really mean anything if you can just get a higher level weapon which deals more damage. I'm sure 88% ED exile maul rares (max is 133% for that level) would be a lot more common than this, and obviously stronger (more mods, can critical, ) only downside is that it's 10 levels higher.

Doesn't really matter at all if your mana changes or not since you won't be able to use mana for anything until you unequip it.

This item needs a bit of buff in my opinion. Maybe 70-80% increased skill cost and +80-120 health. Even with that change, I don't imagine anyone wearing it. I guess sell damage isn't possible to get on armor anymore, but it simply doesn't seem viable to pay not only twice as much, but in health, for just a 9% (or more or less depending on other increased damage) increase in overall DPS.

I agree with Xapti on the Voll's uniques. One is dex/int and favors crits while the other is str based and removes crits entirely. Totally contradictory and inconsistent.

I also agree with giving the mask a little boost. It's a really cool item but not worth the slight damage increase for double the cost. I say boost it to 50% spell damage.

Very cool design, on them =). I love the Gotich style.

I hope there will comes like "Page with every one, so i can seek after specific item for my class. Something Diablo2 had in Arreat summit with all unique itemes =)..
