unique items *no longer updated*

I found some unique boots, the windscream ones that allow 1 additional curse on monsters, they are listed as hardcore league here but I was playing softcore when I found them

All items can be found in each and every league. When you see 'hardcore league' below an item, it just means THAT particular copy was found in hardcore. There are no league specific items nor item mods.

No, because:

1. You'd be dual wielding claws/daggers to get the block effect and wouldn't be able to activate tempest shield as it requires a shield

2. The block effect refers to the "parrying" block when you attack a unit that is attacking you, not the shield block, which is different.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I think I'll go with a CI + Dual Sanguine + Carnage Heart build. A bit less ES but maximum leech!
