Vengeance Molten Shell Passive Tree

The build is capable of "afking" in fairly dangerous situations and uses Vengeance and Vaal Molten Shell for damage. I've actually full-cleared an Arachnid Nest (71, could probably manage higher) in about 12 minutes without using any flasks (except Quicksilver) and without manually attacking once. I've done up to 77 maps with it as well. It's not efficient by any means, but it gets the job done.

Heavy Strike is used to proliferate some Herald of Ash burns as well as a bit of manual DPS. No splash/multistrike because I want a high damage per hit (and I don't want to stun the enemies, because if they're stunned, they're not activating my retaliation skills).

Unfortunately, the Increased Area of Effect modifier on Marohi Erqi kind of works against me here. It's nice for Vengeance, but it raises the mana cost of everything in it. I was unable to use Leap slam in the spare red socket due to mana cost jumping to 20 (only 14 unreserved mana). I also am unable to use a full damage setup on Herald of Ash (Prolif, Burning damage, and AoE supports), because Purity of Lightning shoots up to 60% cost in the Marohi Erqi.

Once the warcry changes go through, I'll probably replace CWDT with Blood Magic and look into getting some of the available endurance charges.
