Hey Krabbsatan,
First of all, great build post. It's been informative to read through everything. I've always been intrigued by low-life builds ever since i started the game in open beta. I've never been able to acquire a shavs so i thought i might look into doing something similar to this. The build is in it's infancy, but the concept is an endgame LL crit arc build with 75% chaos resistance (Not MF). Really new to low life, so i'm sure my tree is very suboptimal and same with gear choice. Please let me know what you think. all points of constructive criticism are accepted and welcomed :) Current Tree (level 79) Items in use so far

Main auras being used: Purity of Elements, Purity of Lightning, Discipline, Haste/Grace, Herald of Ice, Herald of Lightning Currently i want to change which auras get the advantage from Prism Guardian. I will be using Discipline + Purity of Lightning + Herald of Ice in the shield. HoI does not benefit from the +1 level, but having discipline and PoL with this +1 level is the better alternative. Physical damage will be an issue with this build in it's current state. Currently i am self casting enduring cry with CWDT+Inc duration + immortal call setup for basic physical mitigation. If heavy physical damage is present, i will switch Haste for Grace putting me at ~40% chance to dodge attacks. Got to lvl 31, got redbeak and tried buy Lori's Lantern, cheapest on PoE trade 15 chaos. You should edit first post because its not 1 alch att all lol.

" Your tree looks great. A nice mix of life, es, crit, spell damage and aura nodes. Consider swapping Maligaros with Voidbringers for a lot of extra es and crit chance. But only if you can take the extreme mana cost increase. I have to run 2x mana potions currently but I also have a lot of cast speed. HoI and HoL and purities work with the +1 elemental from voidbringers. I haven't had much trouble with physical damage. Melee mobs usually die before coming close. And my CWDT setup protects against burst. I'd consider crafting 1% lightning leech wand. Part of what keeps me alive is the constant 8% life leech I run in my 5link. Since you're using vertex that's not an option though. But leech on wand should help. GL and let me know how it works out @RickJamesWitch

Thanks for the response! Voidbringers look really nice actually, i completely forgot about them. Does the increase cost of spells only count toward arc, or will it be applied to auras as well? Update on my build. Took your advice and bought Voidbringers. They make for a huge improvement! I need to run a higher level clarity now but the mana cost is completely sustainable without any mana potions. Auras are now Discipline, Herald of Ice, Herald of Thunder, Purity of Ice, Purity of Lightning, Clarity. I maximized the +1 level benefits of all three items now, such that i 3/3 gain +1 from prism guardian, 2/3 gain +1 from voidbringers. my items are now

Here's the tree, took out some crit chance nodes for crit multi nodes. with 7k ES, 400 unreserved life, 13k dps w/ 5 power charges, 75/78/79/75 resistances, 22% chance to block attacks 5% chance to block spells (the shield is meant to be buffed by my rumis really), ~2k eva. Obviously the main problem with my build is chaos damage. It's the only thing I've actually died from, notably desecrated patches in maps and rogue exiles that use chaos damage. rare mobs / trash mobs that deal chaos damage are fine however, so I'd say 85% of the time I'm playing this build i feel very safe. I have not faced any huge chaos bosses, i'm sure they would wreck this build pretty hard. All that said, i've really been enjoying playing low life without shavs/lorica. " Cool, it looks really solid. If you have problem with desecrated ground you can pick up Shaper next to scion. 1% life regen is enough for me to stand in desecrated ground. On maps without desecrated ground you can turn on Blood Rage linked to quality Blood Magic for a 30% cast speed bonus. Seems pretty good for 4 points @RickJamesWitch

I wonder how hard would be here to fit atleast one andvarius. -20% to all ress is hard to cover with so many uniques;/
