I have a question about how 20/20 blood magic works. I currently have it in this setup


However, i do not experience the "15% increased attack speed on low life". Am i doing something wrong or is this working as intended?

it only affects the gem its connected to (discipline).

If it was used with an attack or spell, you'd get the 15%
So many strikes within one breath.
But only one strike needed, for certain death.

As always nice build fiqst I just made a quick look through and dont see bandits are you going point, phys (or attk spd) and power charge. Im contemplating running it with reave for a while but prob still dual weilding.
Yes, the bandits are

Point
18% phys
Power charge


I use reave once in a while.

The damage per-hit is higher than Dual Strike so you'll have a bigger ES regen with Bino (and yes, you'll get the regen even when it hits with the other dagger).

The in-built AoE is really nice especially against "cannot die" groups where you need to kill one specific target

The downside is that it doesn't have the crit chance on quality that DS has, so you won't be hitting 95% with reave using my tree without diamond rings.

But overall, perfectly good to use.

If you're using flicker as the means to close in on enemies, the stacking and AoE reach isn't necessary and you can use Conc effect for max damage.

Interesting dual wield, dual attack mechanics

When you use an attack that alternates hands (like reave) and attach multistrike, the sequence is:

MMM - OOO - MMM - OOO

(3x main then 3x off, repeating)

When you switch attacks the sequence breaks and is reset. So if you are switching attacks constantly:

flicker - reave - flicker - reave

the sequence is reset every time so every single attack uses the main hand. This is especially fantastic in my case since my main hand wields a mirrored dagger.

The tooltip dps counts the switching of hands so if you're using only the stronger main hand, the actually dps is higher.

I use flicker and reave in equal measure most of the time
So many strikes within one breath.
But only one strike needed, for certain death.

Beta skill tree

I basically transferred the 1.3 tree into the beta tree.

The beta tree is subject to change as the beta progresses.


There are 2 jewel slots within 1 node:



And 1 jewel slot within 2:



One notable addition is this jewel cluster:



I plan to use Intuitive Leap to collect Infused Shield, if the radius is big enough.
So many strikes within one breath.
But only one strike needed, for certain death.

i have to say that with intuitive leap jew u can get phase acro and acro improvements without reducing your energy shield, i think its better then infused shield

Anyone tested this on the beta yet? If you can use intuitive leap to get Infused shield?
Intuitive leap does not reach infused shield sadly. It may change if there is a jewel radius modifier.

I'm waiting for the beta changes to be more complete towards the end before i truly theorycraft this build again.
