With this, who are not totally worth i got 7 245 dps with aura ( HoT, HoI and clarity )
I've the same tree as the 'lvl 66 tree' with 5+/- differents points (because i'm a templar)
My gems are between lvl 13 and lvl 16 with no quality

1. reason: Q20 Added Cold damage -> chance to freeze.
which leads to more freeze more shatter -> more power charges
2. reason: i have 9 cold dmg notes in skilltree (ele dmg notes not counted) so added cold dmg scales better then any other "addedXXX" gem

whats the reason for only lvl 6 vaal haste? just curious.

It's just not up to date, its lvl 20 Vaal haste and lvl 20 Arctic armor.
