Thanks Burekpie. 1636 isn't too shabby for tooltip flame totem dps.

Since Cascade is getting a buff, im thinking of respecting this to my marauder, but I have to ask.. Is 10% cast speed really worth 2 gems? I don't think it is. With running a staff, you can get close to 10k life (with Kaom's Heart)

I was thinking of trying a Pledge of Hands version, that just stacks a lot of health, spelldmg, and castspeed.

Here's a tree at level 90.

206 max life, 28% cast speed, 280% spell dmg(elemental, cold, and spell combined), 40% increase radius.

Links would be:

Glacial Cascade + Life Leech + Faster Casting + Iron Will + Conc Effect + Increased Area of Effect (level 30 spell echo from PoH)

Herald of Ice + Herald of Thunder + Clarity + Reduced Mana (may have to pick up some reduced reserved passives with the nerf to heralds)

Lightning Warp + Coldsnap + Faster Casting

CwDT + Ice Nova + Molten Shell + Knockback


I know you don't get much dmg from Iron Will building like this (with around 200-300 str) but I think a 7 link is more dps and being able to wear a Kaom's boost your survivability.

I bought a reverb rod at lvl24 and switched over straight away, currently lvl73 in hc.

Well Kungfooe's, your build is still going strong in the BETA.
The DPS is even better in beta then on live due to having the golem.
