Beta Invites have started!

I feel like GGG has successfully made grown men and woman feel like they are little kids again waiting for that new toy... +1 for that GGG, it feels good to feel excited again!

You guys should give us opportunity to buy beta key from you :) You would have some money and we would be sure, that we will test and enjoy product from day 1.

change that from the occasional 500 error to a quite frequent 500 error.

I have nothing to do for the next two weeks would be awesome to get a beta key. Sooo many people want it though lol.

Man i'm having huge problems just trying to access this site lol.

Whew, this was a tough thread to catch up on. Every time I went to the next page there would be a new one to read.

Haha, I was almost tempted not to post given how the invites have panned out so far (this is my first post), all in jest of course.

Definitely an interesting beta invite process (albeit somewhat cruel haha), I can't help but want to just stick around and watch this timer.

I guess the only truly fair way to select beta invites is the way they have so far. Although a slight weighted bias towards active forum users would probably be the best way to go and I'm sure they're employing that in some way, though we haven't really seen it yet. To give flat out priority to active forum users would not be fair though to those who discovered the game only recently.

In any case, good luck to the next individual, hopefully a forum user so we can allay some concerns.

Holy crap, I didn't think the beta for Path of Exile would be so popular. I signed up a couple months ago because I'm a sucker for a good ARPG. Good luck to everyone looking for a key! Pretty cool to see a large fan base like this before the game has even been beta'd. :)
