GGG, your guild stash system sucks, and really bad

My guild stash has 59 tabs. Recently, there was an "emptied Guild Stash" incident in Torment League today, and since Path of Exile doesn't have a Guild Stash log feature to track who takes what from the Guild Stash, we decided to demote many of our Officers, 12 of them, leaving only the old ones, making hard to our guildies to request items from guild stash because now there won't be enough Officers online as before to pick the guild stash items for them.

You can say that even if you implement a guild stash log we guild leaders wouldn't prevent this kind of incidents from happening. But finding out who is the responsible and kick him is better than completely changing your guild stash policy or demoting 98% of the officers. Do you even know how that impact a guild and its community? Are you actually serious and responsible enough to consider this, highlighting the fact that there has been SEVERAL complaints about it? By my side, I won't encourage my guildies to donate coins to the guild anymore.

Consider once and for all the importance of improving the guild system of your game.

Probably gonna need to try to build some sort of related hack or bot to get any action. Not sure what kinda hack you could build in relation to your problem, but that seems to be the Path of Feedback.

I'll second this. GGG, social interaction plays an important role in retaining players for your game. Improving QoL from the guild management point should be taken more seriously as selling guild stash tabs are a major component of your business model. Enabling people to steal items without consequence is a poor practice when it comes to building a positive community and could lead to people leaving your game. I hope that you overhaul the guild system before act4 with accessible logs for joining/parting members as well as guild stash access.

I agree with every word you say OP. It already has happened to my guild so many times that the leader has locked all the stash tabs to everyone. wtf

Just wanted to add that recently our personal stashes got a search function, why wasn't this added to guild stashes as well?

Because they are totally negligent to the entire guild system.

That´s why I don´t have own guild anymore.

I'm sure you guys have a log of what's happening, because every decent programmer builds log for everything.

2nd, I think this time you should really help and return those items + ban of the one that did it.

3rd, The guild system needs a big improvement. If you want a game to grow you need to help the players to be able to play together. I won't say what's needed atm, because if you want to dedicate time for improving the guild system you will find plenty of missing features.

So atm i think you should really pay attention to this issue, and solve it, then go to the drawing board and improve the guild features.
