Sure is, along with arc it's very good since the both cast instantly.

hi guys,
im kind of new to poe but a very intense player and want to make a new character soon probably
this builds looks very interessting to me. i collected a few gems & currency so i could run this one. only problem is.. i can't afford this Voll's stuff and rat's nest etc...for example ive never seen an exaltet orb
at least i got a nice wand for this build, afaik. please correct me if im wrong. i found it by hand (please ignore the gems in the following weapon, atm its in my off hand for gem leveling)


so there is the possibility to play this build without voll's if i use... PCoC ?
also i possess the following items. could i use those to compensate my lack of voll's / 6L


...sure i also lack crit chance at the moment probably but im still collecting stuff for this build

IF the shown gear above is enough to run this build (obviously not as efficient as you guys) could you please help me which gems i should put in the gear?

I'd recommend just playing a basic spell-caster until you can afford at least a 5-Link voll's. This is the least frustrating way of starting the gearing process because at least it allows you to clear maps. Once you manage to get that then I'd first find a wand with at least 10.5 base crit chance as the characters potential is centered around this one stat. After a high crit chance wand you'll want to focus on resists and life, then upgrade to more crit chance while leveling your gems. If you have any more questions feel free to ask but I don't frequent the forums at the moment so forgive me if it's not a quick response :/

How much does a voll's 5L cost? shouldn't a tabulasa Rasa do it also?? the idea behind voll's is to have a pseudo 6 link or not?

I've been experimentig with KB on my LL CoC char. And can tell that using KB+Mana leech increases my clear speed alot compared to barrage with 2 spells.

Tho to fix single target issue I just simply use barrage.

Looks nice! I know that Rizz used a corrupted 6L Shavs with 1 White socket to swap in barrage and KB but obviously that's a tad ridiculous :P

am i doing something wrong??

Fireball/Arctic Breath is the most single-target dps if all projectiles connect. Other options are Ice Spear/Freezing Pulse

For resists, better gear is all I can suggest. Getting capped is not easy. Three Uniques with 0 resist and Saffels with barely any + the fact your jewelry needs crit stats makes it very hard. Belt/Boots need to be tri-resist life basically.

For getting one hit by reflect, make sure you have warlords mark linked to cast when damage taken. And if you do, make sure it fits the level requirement of CWDT so it works. Don't do reflect maps and you should never die to reflect unless you get cursed yourself or warlords mark gets overcursed by you or a teammate. Once you get a 6 link for life leech life gets easier.

I've not even tried the beta so if you're looking for advice in that regard I can't give any. I'm not sure if I'll be able to update the build with the new changes for awhile considering my current situation. If I do end up playing I'll probably remake this and update it accordingly but I can't promise it'll happen.
